How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your account from our app, follow these simple steps.
Please note that this action is permanent and irreversible—all your
associated data, including your saved addresses, basket items, and order
history, will be deleted.
Steps to Delete Your Account
1. Go to Profile
Open the app and tap on the Profile tab at the bottom navigation
bar.
2. Navigate to My Details
oInside the Profile section, tap on "My Details" to access your
account settings.
3. Press "Delete Account"
oScroll down and tap on "Delete Account" to initiate the deletion
process.
4. Confirm Deletion Request
confirmation modal will appear, asking if you are sure you want
to delete your account.
5. Press "Yes" to Delete Your Account
oIf you are certain, press "Yes" to permanently delete your account.
Important Notes
This action is irreversible.
Once deleted, all your data will be removed, including:
Your account details
Your saved addresses
Your basket items
Your order history
Any other personal preferences stored in the app
